Usage instruction:

The mask must be washed before its first use;
Hand hygiene with soap and water or an alcohol-based solution before putting on the mask;
Placement of the mask with the inner face facing the face, and the outer face facing outwards;
It is recommended to use each mask for a maximum period of 4 hours per day, and the mask should be replaced by a new one at the end of that period or as soon as it is moist. The removed mask must be washed before reuse;
New hand hygiene must be carried out at the end of the use and handling of the mask.

Conservation and cleaning:

Maximum number of wash cycle in which the protection performance of the mask is guaranteed: 5 washes.
The mask should be washed using a normal, complete wash cycle at 60º with detergent after each use. Make sure the mask is dry before use.

Recommendations:

Wash your hands frequently with soap and water.
The use of a mask does not detain washing or disinfection of the hands.

Delivery, where and when

We deliver products from Monday to Friday but we do not ship on certain holidays. We can only deliver an order if the delivery address is a home, office or delivery point in the countries available for delivery on our website.

Delivery Times

If you confirm your order on a business day until 12 noon and proceed with the payment by Credit Card or via Paypal, your order will be sent on the next business day (weekends and holidays are not considered business days). If you choose to pay by ATM, the shipping is less effective, since we will only ship after receiving the payment. This can take between 5 to 7 days.

Partial Deliveries

Whenever possible we will try to deliver everything in just one shipment. However, we reserve the right to split delivery of the order, for example (but not limited to) if part of the order is late or unavailable. In the event that we proceed with the division of the order, the customer will be notified, by email, of our intention to proceed in this way. For this purpose, the email address provided by the customer at the time of purchase will be used.

Inspection at the time of delivery

Upon delivery, the customer must inspect the packaging in order to ascertain any damage. If the customer finds that the products are damaged, he must not accept the delivery of the order, which will be returned. ITALTEMPO BRINDES, LDA will proceed to the refund of the amounts paid for the order and transportation, as soon as the warehouse receives and completes the return process.

Any claim for non-receipt of an order must be made within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of placing the order. At the end of this period, A ITALTEMPO BRINDES, LDA cannot be held responsible for its loss.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are applied per order. The exact price of each shipment depends on the country of delivery.

We have free shipping if the customer places an order whose value exceeds the minimum order value defined for his country or campaign, shipping will be done at no cost, that is, free of charge.
